Artist's Comments I think Alucard has quickly become my fav anime character. I just got the series off eBay, and have started reading the manga (finally got ahold of it) So.. While at work, I had my manga sitting on my desk, peeked over at the corner and pondered if I was good enough to draw him. Well, ok I know it's basicaly the same as the cover to the first book, I did do some changes to it, and I normally don't like drawing things I see, but I'm *really* happy with how this is turning out, I hope to finish it soon.  Alucard (c) the most awesome Kohta Hirano  See  for some beautiful 'Hellsing' art. Edit: Updated with what I've done of it so far.. it's a bit rough looking, not sure if I'm liking it colored so far. I posted this (prev version) on an alternate art site I'd been on since 2000, and was told that I should take a good look at my picture and decide if it's my work or not, and be honest. Basically in association with plagirism. Anyways.. hopefully can finish this one soon, somewhat lost the want to really want to complete it after that comment. Oh, yeah. I'm a copying jackass. |
